The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Following the initial trials, which should measure no more than 1mē, full details of the proposed cleaning method of the Portland Stone must be submitted to the local authority and approved in writing before commencement of the full schedule of cleaning.

Details of all new external lighting and security motion deters (including appearance and placement) shall be submitted to the local authority and approved in writing prior to installation.

Details of all new pointing, including pointing profile and material which is not on a like-for-like basis, must be submitted to the local authority and approved in writing prior to repointing occurring.

Removal of cement render hereby approved shall be conducted with hand tools only in a low impact manner
Reason: To prevent undue harm occurring to the protected building's historic fabric. Policy HE3 of the CBC Local Plan and Chapter 16 of the NPPF. |

The development hereby permitted shall be undertaken in full accordance with the Councils adopted Construction Code of Practice for Developers and Contractors https://www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/info/44/planning/674/codes_of_practice_for_planning.
