Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/21/05014/VOC
Conditions or Reasons:
1) Notwithstanding the provisions of Part 1, Classes A, B, C, D and E of Schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification), no extensions, roof enlargement or alterations to the dwelling shall be carried out and no buildings or other structures shall be erected or constructed within the curtilage of the property without the grant of further specific planning permission from the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To control the external appearance of the building in the interests of the amenities of the area given the nature of the building and its rural setting.

2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers: 3134-19A (site location plan, 3134-50 (Proposed floorplan & front elevation), 3134-51 (Proposed elevations) and 3134-53 (proposed site plan), Supporting statement dated 5th November 2021.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
