Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development by virtue of the excessive scale, expansive nature and unsympathetic form of construction of the hardstanding to be retained, would be harmful to the rural character and appearance of the area and would create a detrimental impact upon the visual amenity of the area. The proposal would therefore be contrary to Policy HQ1, EE5, and SP7 of the Central Beds Local Plan and Section 12 of the NPPF.
