Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/22/00102/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed detached double garage represents inappropriate development within the Green Belt, which is, by definition, harmful to the Green Belt. Furthermore, by reason of its size and position the development would also have a detrimental impact on the character and appearance of the surrounding open countryside and an unacceptable impact on the openness of the Green Belt. The proposal is therefore contrary to Sections 12 & 13 of the National Planning Policy Framework and Policies HQ1 and SP4 of the Central Bedfordshire Local Plan.
