Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/22/01515/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposal, if permitted, would lead to the intensification of use of an existing access which, by virtue of its limited width, would create danger and inconvenience to all road users contrary to policy T2 of the Central Bedfordshire Local Plan and section 9 of the NPPF.
2) The proposal, if permitted, would lead to the intensification of use of an existing access onto a narrow highway (Pipers Lane) which will cause that highway to deteriorate further contrary to policy T2 of the Central Bedfordshire Local Plan and section 9 of the NPPF.
