Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposal, by virtue of its cumulative floorspace, would result in disproportionate additions to the dwellinghouse which would constitute inappropriate development, causing harm to the openness of the Green Belt. The proposal would therefore be contrary to Section 13 of the National Planning Policy Framework, Policy SP4 of the Central Bedfordshire Local Plan and Section 7 of the Central Bedfordshire Design Guide.
