Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/22/01698/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) Notwithstanding the details submitted within the application, the fencing hereby approved shall be finished in a green colour.

Reason: To control the appearance of the development in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality.

3) Notwithstanding the details submitted within the application, the rigid mesh fencing shall be affixed to the galvanised steel uprights using neoprene washers or such other means as to be first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To reduce the rattle of the fencing when impacted by balls and to safeguard the residential amenity of neighbouring properties (Section 12 NPPF).
4) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 1253-PL-011 rev. A, 1253-SU-002, 1253-PL-010 rev. B.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
