16) No development shall not take place beyond slab level within plots 46-65 until details of surface water drainage for those plots has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The scheme shall be fully implemented in accordance with the approved details prior to the first occupation of any of plots 46-65 and retained permanently

Reason: To safeguard the amenities of adjoining properties
