2) The dwelling hereby approved shall not be first occupied until details of an electric vehicle charging point and location have been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. Thereafter the dwelling shall not be first occupied until the approved details have been implemented.

Reason: in the interests of encouraging the use of sustainable modes of transport.
3) Prior to the first occupation of the dwelling hereby approved details of a scheme to infill the covered walkway on the rear (east) elevation of the shop as shown on submitted plan no NP/275/A1/01 within the blue land shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The details shall be implemented as approved prior to the first occupation of the dwelling.

Reason: To safeguard the amenities of future occupiers.
