3) No development shall take place until an Arboriculture Impact Assessment and Tree Protection Method Statement has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.

Reason: To ensure that the proposed development/work is carried out in a manner that safeguards the protected trees. It is required to be pre-commencement to ensure no damage occurs to the protected tree.
