7 )The three documents submitted with this application (Archaeological and Heritage Assessment; WSI for a Programme of Archaeological Evaluation; Archaeological Evaluation Report) relate to condition 15 of CB/19/01681/OUT, which required that archaeological evaluation was to be undertaken in advance of the development. The evaluation of the site has been completed and the report approved by the CBC Archaeology Team. Condition 16 of CB/19/01681/OUT requires an archaeological investigation to be undertaken in advance of development. The Scheme of Heritage Asset Resource Management, describing the methodology and scope of planned investigation, has been separately submitted to Local Planning Authority (CB/20/00527/DOC) in respect to condition 16. This document has been approved on 10 March 2020, however, to date, required archaeological works have not been undertaken.
