)The applicant's attention is drawn to the response from Bedfordshire Fire and Rescue Service dated 17th January 2022. Prior to operation of the battery storage facility contact should be made with Bedfordshire Fire and Rescue Service to ensure appropriate safety measures are implemented to accord with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 . The submitted Outline Battery Fire Safety Management Plan dated January 2021 shall be updated as appropriate to accord with the regulations. Contact should also be made with Chalton Parish Council to discuss the fire safety requirements.The applicant's attention is drawn to the response from Bedfordshire Fire and Rescue Service dated 17th January 2022.
