| Planning applications and appeals - quick search page |
These planning application search pages enable you to search for planning applications that have been registered and determined by Central Bedfordshire Council. The data that is displayed on these pages is updated daily.
Searching for an application:- If you know the application number (you will find this number on the correspondence that you have received from us) you can use the 'Application Quick Search'. Please enter the number as shown precisely on the correspondence.
- To search for a street name, town or postcode use 'Search by address'.
- For further search options, for example to search for an application type or agent's name, use the 'More search options'.
- The Council publishes a weekly list of all applications received in each Parish. To view one of these lists please select the Parish and a date from the 'Weekly list search'.
- If you have a consultation letter, you can follow the link in your letter; if you do not have a consultation letter use the link below:
Comment online - On the Planning applications and appeals - quick search page, in the top field named ‘application quick search’ enter the application number in the format YY/00000 and click search
- This will bring up results of the search, identify the correct application; click on the brown field adjacent to the application number (where it says ‘click for more details’)
- This page will provide key details of the application and allow you to view documents that were submitted with the application on this page adjacent to the brown field ‘Application details’ click on the blue word ‘consultation’ – this will take you to the consultation page.
- On the consultation page, you will see all the people/ addresses that have been consulted on an application. Towards the bottom of this page there is a brown field ‘Public Representations’ . If you want to make a comment on the application - click where it says ‘click here’ in blue
- This will take you to the Application comment form. If you have a consultation reference number from your consultation letter you can enter it here, alternatively, if you don’t have a reference number click on the blue text ‘click here’ towards the bottom of the page.
- This will take you through the main form where you will need to enter your details and can enter your comments. Once finished, click submit comments at the end of the page.
